Our Offering

Process

At Cape Flexible, our manufacturing process is designed to ensure the highest quality and efficiency in producing our flexible packaging solutions:

Material Selection: The best low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) materials are utilised to ensure superior product quality and performance. Wherever possible, we utilise recycled materials.

Extrusion: The selected materials are melted and extruded into films of varying thicknesses. This process allows us to produce films that meet specific client requirements.

Printing: For customised packaging, our advanced printing technology allows us to print on the films. This step ensures alignment with our clients’ branding.



Products

Extruded Films: Production of versatile extruded films with thicknesses ranging from 18 to 180 microns and widths from 250 to 1720mm. Available in any color, these films cater to a wide array of applications.

Bottom and Side Seal Bags: Our selection includes both printed and non-printed bags. Sizes range from 80mm to 900mm in width and 180mm to 2700mm in length, with specialized features such as punch holes, handle attachments, and gusset folds.

Inline Punching and Slitting: We offer advanced slitting (35-1200mm), punching, and perforation capabilities, ensuring precise and efficient production tailored to your specifications.

Quality assurance

We follow strict assurance standards to ensure all products and components that leave Cape Flexible are of the highest quality.

We adhere to rigorous  processes, holding an AA rating from the BRCGS and ensuring our products meet the highest industry benchmarks.

Further we are certified by the National Independent Halaal Trust and are a proud member of Polyco.
